My
Name is Matthew Lee Hull I live in Hayesville North Carolina
(Go Jackets!). I have Dirty Blonde hair, Marine blue eyes that get dark blue if i'm happy and light blue if im sad. I played
one year of J.V. Football for the Hayesville Yellow Jackets. I was a Running Back, I ran the ball, and I played Corner Back,
I stopped the receivers from catching passes from the Quarter Back. I was in Marching Band the last 2 yrs, and it has been so
much fun. I meet new people and made a lot of friendships that I know none of will ever forget. I played Xylophone and Bass
Drum my first year, and Quads my Second.
The year I played
football, we lost to everyone miserably. We ended the season 2W-5L. Our worst game was against Swain, the final score was
60-0. My most painful memory was at practice on day. I was running the ball on a sweep handoff, and when I got to the right
hand of the field, Andrew Hogsed talked me, but when I went down, my leg twisted. Not a normal twist, but I was falling to
my right and my leg bend inward, at the knee. 3 months later, it was still as swollen as a baseball, but I was back to playing.
My favorite game would have to have been against Robbinsville. We lost that game but it was so much fun. I talked a receiver
that caught the ball right in front of me, and oh buddy; I wrapped up, and slung him to the ground. Later that game, our defensive
coach told us to just get on the line and tackle the receivers before they left the line.
Marching Band was a big change. My first year was my funniest. I was so in love with Lauren Honsinger, but she was
in love with Chris, but me and her still sat with each other and sleep on each other on the bus. I loved the nights coming
back from any where, because I would turn side ways and lay in the seat with my back up against the wall and one leg on the
floor and one parallel to the seat back. She would lay down in-between my legs, and wrap her arms around me and fall asleep.
I loved it. But back to the band. The only thing I didnt like about the show
my first year was that everyone talked bad about the show. One year later, we had the fans and everyone in the stands clapping
and screaming for more from us.
Im also a skater at the murphy skateway. It doesn't seem like that much to
anyone around here, but it is really fun for me to do. Ive been skating for about 2 years, and i have grown so much. I can
strut skate, Spin, do Toe Touches, and Russian Kicks. One night, after a strut skate, a little girl skated up to me, and asked
me for my
aughtograph, it was
really stange.
